We are looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Manager, Renewals – APJ to lead our regional team.

Job Description: As the Senior Manager of Renewals for the APJ region, you will lead a team of high-performing renewal specialists, ensuring they meet retention targets. You will oversee renewal execution, develop your team’s forecast predictability, enhance customer engagement skills, and serve as a key partner to Sales and Customer Success stakeholders across APJ. This is a strategic leadership role, well-suited to someone with a strong background in customer-facing SaaS sales or account management, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.

What You’ll Do as the Senior Manager, Renewals – APJ:
  • Lead and develop a team of renewal specialists: Coach, mentor, and provide performance feedback to ensure team members are supported and have the ability to grow in the role.
  • Own regional renewal performance: Drive accurate forecasting, operational rhythm, timely renewals, and strategic execution to meet or exceed assigned regional renewal and retention targets.
  • Ensure customer value alignment: Guide your team to understand customer missions, align Recorded Future value, and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Operational oversight: Ensure adherence to internal sales processes (including SFDC, pricing policy, quoting, and approvals) while continuously optimizing workflows for scale and accuracy. Maintain a high standard of Salesforce hygiene, renewal risk documentation, and executive-level reporting on forecast and blockers.
  • Strategic cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Channel Partners, Deal Desk, and Legal to support seamless renewal execution and client outcomes.
What You’ll Bring as the Senior Manager, Renewals – APJ:
  • 7+ years of SaaS sales, account management, or renewals experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven success leading customer retention in a quota-carrying role.
  • Experience working in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS industries across diverse APJ markets.
  • Deep understanding of renewal motions, customer value, and sales cycle management.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop talent, ideally in a high-growth or transformational environment.
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to align internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English; additional proficiency in other regional languages is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, especially with customers and across global time zones and functions.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
