Supporting the Project & Development Department (P&D). This position is a senior role responsible for strategic planning, development, and successful execution of power plant projects. It involves overseeing the organization’s projects and development initiatives, managing the P&D team, and handling daily departmental functions. The role requires a deep understanding of power generation and clean energy technologies, project management expertise, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.

- Prepare project specifications, service contracts, and tenders, including evaluations and awards.
- Monitor the P&D department’s annual budget, invoices, and payments.
- Prepare monthly reports, conduct annual appraisals, and set KPIs for staff.
- Ensure compliance with all organizational standards, safety, and regulatory rules.
