Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Program & Project(Data Centre) for our client, a leading data center to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of data centre projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all phases of project implementation, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth assessments of customer strategies and needs in the data center development sector.
  • Identify industry trends and emerging opportunities, assist field offices in prioritizing key areas, and advise product teams on enhancing competitiveness at various stages.
  • Evaluate market dynamics and customer challenges, implement strategic initiatives, and work with product teams to shape regional product strengths and establish market leadership.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their operations and business processes, positioning as a trusted advisor, and delivering actionable insights to drive their growth.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Manage risk assessment, mitigation plans, and quality assurance processes.
  • Oversee vendor and contractor management, including procurement, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure all project documentation, reports, and records are accurately maintained.
  • Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement in data centre project execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree inConstruction Management, Civil Engineering,or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on data centre infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of data centre operations, networking, power, cooling, and security systems.
  • Experience in managing hyperscale projects and working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel & work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
