Position Overview

The role of the PKI Team Lead involves leading and managing the Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) team, providing essential guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations to team members. The successful candidate will be responsible for

Role & Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the PKI team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement PKI strategies, policies, and procedures to support organizational security objectives.
  • Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of PKI infrastructure, including certificate authorities, registration authorities, and key management systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PKI solutions into existing systems and applications.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to PKI and cryptographic practices.
  • Monitor and analyze PKI performance metrics, making recommendations for improvements.
  • Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in PKI and cybersecurity.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for PKI-related services and products.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security, with at least 3 years in a role focused on PKI.
  • Strong understanding of cryptographic principles, PKI architecture, and security protocols (e.g., SSL/TLS, S/MIME).
