Chanel is seeking a Senior Manager, P&O Solutions to enhance talent management and rewards strategies in Singapore and oversee HR operations. The role requires a strong HR background with experience in multinational retail environments to implement effective solutions supporting business objectives and fostering an inclusive culture.

We are now recruiting for a Senior Manager, P&O Solutions, Singapore & Export Markets (Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia) to join the Singapore People and Organisation team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This position is intended to define talent problems, closely partnering with the business and relevant stakeholders, to hypothesize, test and build P&O solutions. The position needs to work closely with the end users ie business leaders as well as employees - and with Regional COE teams who provide deep HR expertise to deliver customer-centric solutions.
WHAT IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT CHANEL
This newly created position will see you work across four specific workstreams;
(1) Rewards and how Retail Incentives can power business acceleration, and brand equity objectives - This position is responsible for designing and managing innovative policies and programs. As a key subject matter expert of the Rewards function, the role provides consultation and expert advice to People & Organisation (P&O) Business Partner and business leaders for designated markets(s).
(2) Operating Model for Export Markets (Indonesia, Philippines & Cambodia) to accelerate their role as growth engines for the region
(3) HR Operations & related simplification- Leveraging the adjacency of policy design, process design and implementation scope, the position will be responsible for overall governance and oversight of HR Operations, driving key simplification opportunities systemically
(4) Regional Talent Management & transformation projects – supporting building scaled solutions for deepening capabilities across SEAA and other transformation projects.
