Job description

SENIOR MANAGER, NURSE CLINICIAN/EDUCATOR (Up to $9000)

JOB SCOPE

  1. Identify and develop training roadmaps.
  2. Anchor the development of standardised care delivery, including establishing SOPs and a competency framework to support the work.
  3. Participate in inter-agency workgroups to support primary care development and transformation.
  4. Co-create new models of care to support a team-based care approach.
  5. Gather insights for the development and implementation of new initiatives and support the administration of the existing primary care model, including managing funding and monitoring project KPIs.
  6. Establish strong rapport with the primary care team and service providers to strengthen the administration of the primary care model.
  7. Provide clinical supervision and implement frameworks to ensure patient and staff safety.
  8. Consolidate and share best clinical practices across the primary care landscape, including polyclinics, community nursing, and private primary care, with internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Supervise clinical teams in the Q&T team.
  10. Motivate the care team and foster professional development through coaching and mentorship.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing and/or Master's degree in any discipline (preferably in nursing, education, public health, or health administration).
  • Prior experience in healthcare management or operations in primary care or hospitals is desirable, with more than 6 years of experience in administrative functions and experience working with diverse groups or stakeholders.
