Job summary
A leading organization in Singapore is seeking a qualified professional to develop training roadmaps and establish standardized care within Primary Care Networks. The successful candidate will be involved in inter-agency collaborations, oversee clinical practices, and ensure safety and excellence in patient care management. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and significant experience in healthcare management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in nursing, education, public health or health administration).
- More than 6 years of experience in healthcare management or administrative functions.
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability in diverse environments.

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Education, Public Health, or Health Administration
- Identify and develop training roadmaps for the PCN Care Teams (which includes Nurses, Primary Care Co-ordinators, Clinic Assistants, GPs)
- Anchor the development of standardised care delivery including establishing SOPs and competency framework to support the work of the PCN Care Teams.
- Involved in inter-agency workgroups to support primary care development and transformation.
- Co-create new models of care to support team-based care approach.
- Gather insights for development and implementation of new initiatives and support the administration of the existing primary care model, including but not limited to managing funding and monitoring of project KPIs
- Establish strong rapport with primary care team, service providers to strengthen the administration of the existing primary care model
- Provide clinical supervision and implement framework to ensure patient safety and staff safety for care delivered by PCN HQ.
- Consolidate and share best clinical practices across the primary care landscape (including polyclinics, community nursing and private primary care) with both internal and external stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably but not limited to nursing, education, public health or health administration, etc)
- Prior experience in healthcare management or operations in primary care or hospital is desirable (> 6 years of experience in administrative function) and working with diverse group(s) of people in an organization / stakeholders
- Possess a high level of adaptability and learning agility in a dynamic environment
- Possess strong organizational skills in communication, time management, analytics and problem-solving, leadership and interpersonal skills
