What you will be working on:

The officer will support the media relations team in:

• Working with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop media materials
• Identifying and developing media opportunities that highlights WSG's programmes and initiatives
• Establish and maintain relationships with media contacts
• Overseeing daily media monitoring for WSG - Attending to media queries
• Coordinating on media support requests from divisions
• Assisting in media duties during events
• Any other ad-hoc requests

What we are looking for:

You should have the following work experience and knowledge:

• Prior experience in corporate/public communications, media and stakeholder engagement

You should possess the following skill sets:

• Excellent communication and writing skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and provide sound and strategic advice under tight timelines.
• Self-starter, proactive, able to work independently and is a good team player.
• Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Candidates with a good command of a Mother Tongue language preferred
