This is an exciting time to join the Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand (SMT) Marketing Team,as we strengthen our focus on deepening relationships with Global Clients and grow Visa products and services. The SMT Marketing team is a passionate and dedicated team with a high-performance culture focused on leading and supporting campaigns and partnerships to grow Visa’s overall brand equity with consumers and businesses, in addition to advancing Visa’s Marketing Advisory Services across our client portfolio. As part of the SMT Marketing Hub Team, theSenior Manager, Marketing Services & Client Marketing, Global Clients (Asia Pacific)will serve as the primary point of contact and payments marketing expert for our Global Clients in Asia Pacific. This role will be reporting directly to the Head of Marketing (SMT). This role will be based in Singapore.
What a Senior Manager, Marketing Services & Client Marketing, Global Clients (AP) does at Visa:
In this role, you will lead the scoping and sell in of marketing programs and oversee implementation of marketing services engagements designed to enhance the client’s brand, grow its customer base and increase engagement with Visa products and services. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge regarding payments marketing trends, insights and best practices, is accomplished in managing strategic partnerships and has a track record of architecting, building and implementing innovative, high-impact marketing strategies and campaigns on behalf of our Global Clients. You will be required to collaborate with the Regional & Global Client Marketing community, the greater AP Hub team, as well as AP functional business leads to help develop business growth strategies, best-in-class RFP responses and Marketing Services innovation. You will also be responsible for aiding the Senior Director in Quarterly Business Reviews & Annual Growth Strategy exercises (MSO and AOP).
You will work closely with Visa’s in-country Client Marketing teams to support them in their Marketing Services pitches & proposals, enabling new revenue opportunities and margin growth opportunities to help them meet and exceed their core revenue and average annual net revenue (AANR) targets. You will also be responsible for supporting and delivering Marketing engagements for the regionally managed Global Client accounts: HSBC, Citi and Standard Chartered. Success in this role will be measured through revenue & contribution margin attainment, forecast accuracy and stakeholder feedback.
