As part of our continued expansion and strategic brand positioning, we are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Marketing & Communications to drive our corporate communications, employer branding, and overall marketing efforts.
About the Role
As the Senior Manager, Marketing & Communications, you will lead strategic marketing and communications initiatives that strengthen Aztech’s brand presence both externally and internally. The role will be responsible for developing and executing integrated B2B marketing campaigns, driving corporate visibility, and elevating employer branding efforts across platforms and touchpoints.
We are looking for a hands-on leader with experience in B2B marketing, strong storytelling skills, and a keen understanding of the tech/manufacturing landscape.
What You’ll Be Doing
Strategic Marketing & Campaigns
Plan, develop and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns (both digital and offline) to support business growth, enhance brand equity, and drive lead generation in local and overseas markets.
Align marketing strategies with business goals to improve customer engagement, market penetration, and brand visibility.
Create targeted campaigns to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for sales expansion into new markets.
Content & Digital Marketing
Oversee creation of compelling and informative content for Aztech’s website, blog, newsletters, and social media platforms.
Work with the Design team in conceptualizing marketing collateral, including brochures, event materials, and digital creatives.
Manage SEO, social media, and analytics tools to track and optimize campaign performance.
Analytics & Agency Management
Develop and maintain analytics dashboards across digital marketing platforms; extract insights and provide data-driven recommendations for future initiatives.
Manage external marketing and branding agencies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
Corporate Communications
Lead all corporate communications efforts, including media relations, press releases, thought leadership, and executive messaging.
Build relationships with key media outlets and ensure consistent representation of Aztech’s brand voice in external communications.
Act as brand custodian to ensure consistent narrative across all platforms and stakeholders.
Employer Branding & Internal Comms
Partner with HR to develop and implement employer branding strategies that position Aztech as a top employer in the industry.
Craft and manage internal communications campaigns that engage employees, support culture initiatives, and reflect Aztech’s values.
Develop content for recruitment campaigns, careers pages, and employee spotlights to humanize the brand and attract talent.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience in a B2B marketing or communications role, preferably within the manufacturing, tech, or electronics sectors.
Proven experience in corporate communications and employer branding.
Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with attention to tone and brand consistency.
Hands-on knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools.
Self-driven, strategic, and able to balance creative and analytical thinking.
