Job description

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing & Communications for our client in the electronics manufacturing space to spearhead strategic initiatives & enhance our client’s brand visibility and reputation. You will be accountable for planning and delivering integrated B2B marketing campaigns, driving corporate brand recognition, and strengthening employer branding across various channels and audience touchpoints.

You will thrive in this role if you are a proactive and experienced leader in B2B marketing who excels in storytelling and has a strong grasp of the technology and manufacturing sectors.


Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Campaigns

  • Design and implement comprehensive B2B marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) aimed at business growth, brand enhancement, and lead generation in both domestic and international markets.
  • Ensure marketing strategies are closely aligned with business objectives to enhance customer engagement, increase market share, and build brand awareness.
  • Develop targeted initiatives to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) that support sales expansion into new territories.

Content & Digital Marketing

  • Oversee the development of engaging and informative content for the company website, blog, newsletters, and social media.
  • Collaborate with the Design team to create impactful marketing assets including brochures, event materials, and digital creatives.
  • Manage SEO, social media, and analytics tools to monitor, evaluate, and refine marketing performance.

Analytics & Agency Coordination

  • Build and maintain digital marketing dashboards to track KPIs and extract actionable insights for future campaigns.
  • Coordinate with external agencies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing and branding projects that align with corporate objectives.

Corporate Communications

  • Lead all aspects of corporate communications, including media engagement, press releases, thought leadership, and executive messaging.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with media contacts to ensure accurate and consistent representation of company’s brand voice.
  • Maintain brand consistency and coherence across all communication platforms and stakeholder touchpoints.

Employer Branding & Internal Communications

  • Collaborate with the HR team to design and execute strategies that strengthen company’s positioning as an employer of choice.
  • Drive internal communication campaigns that support employee engagement, company culture, and core values.
  • Produce content for recruitment efforts, careers pages, and employee stories to humanize the brand and attract top talent.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in B2B marketing or communications, ideally within the manufacturing, tech, or electronics industries.
  • Demonstrated success in corporate communications and employer branding initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and project management capabilities, with experience guiding cross-functional teams and managing vendors.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a sharp focus on tone, clarity, and brand alignment.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, SEO/SEM, social media, and data analytics tools.
  • A self-starter with strategic thinking, creativity, and a data-driven mindset.
