What The Role IsWe are seeking a forward-thinking and self-driven Human Resource (HR) Manager to join the Corporate Human Resource (CHR) Division to shape and drive HR transformation across the Ministry. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with MOH leadership and line divisions to align HR strategies, policies and plans with the business objectives, drive people-centric initiatives including change management activities, and ensure that the organisation has the right talent equipped with the right competencies to manage current and future challenges for the growth and success of the organisation.
This role offers the opportunity to build your strategic HR expertise, as you will be shaping HR policies and practices that will not only benefit the Ministry’s workforce but also contribute to the enhancement of the Singapore healthcare landscape. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that requires the ability to manage multiple priorities and different levels of stakeholders at the same time.
What You Will Be Working OnAs a Talent Strategy Partner, you will shape and align HR policies and practices with MOH’s organisational objectives. You will partner with MOH leadership and line divisions to develop and implement their HR strategies and plans, and provide strategic HR guidance and solutions, to ensure that the Ministry has the right talent to meet its business needs, and the workforce is well-equipped for current and future challenges amidst evolving healthcare needs. Your role will include key HR functions such as, but not limited to, employer branding, execution of strategic workforce plans, succession planning and talent management and development.

- Relevant work experience in different HR functions. Experience in strategic HR roles will be an advantage.
