A leading public service organization is seeking a dynamic individual for a strategic role within its Strategy and Transformation Office. The successful applicant will engage in comprehensive strategic planning, lead partnerships, and drive organizational transformation by leveraging emerging trends in corporate learning. This position requires a highly motivated professional with significant experience in policy and strategy development.
What the role is:
The Strategy and Transformation Office (STO) is responsible for developing the transformation strategy and roadmap, monitoring progress of key projects, and ensuring alignment of the resources in CSC, including strategy, data and business model.
What you will be working on:
Shape organizational directions by undertaking practice-oriented research in future of work and corporate learning and its implication on Public Service learning and development;
Develop future capabilities of the organization by seeking out emerging trends and best practices/ strategies;
Determine corporate plans and strategic priorities by facilitating strategy and decision-making with CSC’s Board, parent ministry and other key stakeholders;
Drive corporate outcomes by coordinating efforts across departments and reviewing organizational performance indicators;
Seek and develop partnerships with innovative organisations and international equivalents.
What we are looking for:
At least 6 years' relevant working experience related to strategic planning, policy, scenario planning or managing partnerships;
High energy level, self-motivated and team oriented;
Willingness to experiment with new ideas;
Well versed with strategic planning frameworks & concepts and latest trends;
Ability to lead, develop and guide team members in order to achieve results;
Excellent problem solving and critical analytical thinking skills;
Excellent verbal, writing and communication skills.
