Job description

What the role is:

The Human Resources team attracts, develops, engages, and retains human capital to effectively support NCSS’s mission and purpose.

As a member of the Recruitment and Operations team, you will have a position of influence with direct access to business units and insight into the organisation's pulse. You will engage with multiple stakeholders, facilitate talent discussions, and provide HR perspectives and guidance on people challenges. You will also be involved in implementing HR policies, initiatives, and processes related to talent attraction, employer branding, and HR operations.

What you will be working on:

  • Partner with the business on all people-related needs across HR, including recruitment, conversion, secondment, re-employment, and ad-hoc manpower requests.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Gather insights on people-related needs and deliver HR solutions through partnerships with relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal HR teams to execute HR policies at the business unit level.
  • Provide advice on HR policies and employment legislation interpretation.
  • Implement HR strategies to support business needs and performance.
  • Participate in ad-hoc initiatives and projects as assigned.
