Job Responsibilities

1. Create and implement long-term sourcing strategies, KPIs, and provide leadership to a team of category buyers for Food & Beverage categories.
2. Manage sourcing and category management activities.
3. Be responsible for procurement initiatives and driving organizational improvements.
4. Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and strategic suppliers.
5. Build, mentor, and guide team members to foster capabilities in delivering excellence in sourcing.

Job Requirements

• Degree from a reputable institution with 10+ years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team, and meet tight timelines and KPIs.
• Ability to facilitate brainstorming sessions to gather technical requirements.
• Possesses strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, negotiation, business acumen, and contract drafting skills.
• Resourceful and a strong leader with good problem-solving, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge in SAP/Ariba S2P (Source to Pay) and Reverse Auction tools is a plus.
