Job description

What the role is:

Contribute to:
1. Achieving Community Chest's philanthropy and engagement goals, including mobilisation of donations and resources for the social service sector.
2. Brokering and facilitating fundraising and engagement partnerships with corporate donors from the Private Sector.
3. Deepening existing partnerships and donation support from corporate accounts.
4. Planning, organising and enhancing cause-based fundraising initiatives with corporate partners.
5. Working with various business units within the National Council of Social Service (NCSS) to develop fundraising and engagement strategies via a data-driven approach in achieving Community Chest's fundraising commitment.

What you will be working on:

1. Perform relationship and engagement functions to achieve fundraising targets through all existing donation platforms (eg. outright donations and SHARE programme, engagement activities, fundraising events) for respective industry segment(s) and specific accounts with supervision from Head of Department (HOD).

2. Strengthen the engagement and relationship with existing donors through regular and robost donor stewardship to enhance donor experience to promote continued support.

3. Manage, measure and be accountable for the annual KPIs assigned by HOD, and enable the achievement of NCSS' goals, including participating in events and programmes.

4. Cultivate and build up relationship with potential new donors by strategising the approach and implementation plan, in consultation with HOD.

5. Cultivate positive working relationships with internal stakeholders within NCSS in achieving philanthropy and engagement outcomes.

6. Any other duties as assigned by HOD that are aligned to Community Chest's strategic purposes.

7. This position is required to carry out regular presentations and engage a variety of audience profiles.
