Job description

You will drive a compassionate service culture, aligned with SingHealth/ NHCS core values. You are expected to lead efforts to strengthen this culture in NHCS by regularly visiting patient areas to spot and resolve potential concerns early. You will also track and analyse these issues and put in place improvements for recurring concerns.

Requirements

  1. A recognised Certificate/Diploma/Degree in nursing or its equivalent.
  2. Excellent communication skills, especially in patient interactions.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant disposition, and able to work well with people at all levels including clinical and nursing staff.
  4. Mature with excellent service mindset and passion for creating outstanding patient experiences.
  5. Strong understanding of hospital processes.
