What the role is:
The Customer eXperience Department (CXD) drives MOM’s service excellence by leading efforts in transforming the service delivery process to offer the right service experience and fostering a strong service culture where officers embrace MOM’s service principles in their work.
What you will be working on:
Key responsibilities include:
- Organisational Development & Corporate Services Management
- Build a positive department culture aligned with MOM’s vision through internal communications, programmes, activities, and recognition of officers demonstrating exemplary service and MOM values.
- Monitor departmental performance metrics and recommend strategies to meet goals and targets.
- Ensure effective office administration, including asset management, records management, and compliance with SOPs and guides.
- Assist with finance and budget management, including expenditure planning, monitoring, and ensuring proper budget utilization.
- Support procurement activities, including contracts management, developing checklists, and conducting internal audits for compliance.
What we are looking for:
Qualifications and Experience:
- A tertiary qualification with relevant experience in customer service, organisational development, or corporate services roles.
Personal Attributes, Competencies, and Skills:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities
- Organised, with good time-management skills and a commitment to high-quality outcomes
- Independent and self-motivated
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; skills in digital/design tools like Canva are advantageous
