Job Description

The commercial marketing team assists Keppel Real Estate Division in the promotion and leasing of commercial properties.

• Conduct Market Intelligence to ensure optimum rental terms achieved

• To achieve target occupancy set out in the beginning of the financial year

• To optimize rental and occupancy level for assigned properties

• Assist in annual budgets and periodical reports

• Manage rental negotiation and renewals, lease agreements and associated leasing documentation

• Portfolio level reporting on property key performance indicators

• Any other duties allocated and assigned

Job Requirement

• Degree in Estate Management or Marketing-related discipline

• At least 4-5 years of relevant working experience or working with international, large-scale tenancies in Singapore or Asia

• Proficient in Commercial Law and Tenancy Agreements

• Highly self-motivated and able to manage the requirements of very demanding tenants

• Hands - On person with proactive and drive and resourcefulness

• Firm, tactful, good interpersonal and communication skills

• A valid CES license granted by CEA is a must
