As Senior Manager/Manager of Strategic Planning and Engagement, you will be part of a high-performing, dynamic team that works cross-functionally in strategy development and industry engagement. The team’s mission is to position NSCC Singapore as a National Research Infrastructure (NRI) supporting key national R&D programmes and research projects to achieve significant economic and scientific outcomes for Singapore. Job Scope:
- Co-lead HPC resource allocation, planning, and implementation.
- Engage with committee representatives and the research community (Funding agencies, ROs, research performers) to integrate HPC compute requirements into grant submissions.
- Plan and manage Call for Projects administration, including scheduling meetings, managing applicants, allocations, onboarding, and tracking.
- Manage the project portal and webpage for launching project calls and receiving applications.
- Collaborate with internal teams and committees for project prioritisation and resource allocation.
- Track and report research performers’ utilisation in coordination with TechOps and MS teams.
- Analyze utilisation performance and collaborate with the Capability team to identify training needs and support.
- Oversee HPC resource allocation administrative processes to ensure compliance.
- Compile data, perform basic analysis, and generate reports for management and committee review.
- Co-develop dashboards with TechOps to provide overviews of resource allocation, utilisation, and scenario simulations.
- Review project deliverables to identify impactful HPC use cases.
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Strategy, Planning, and Engagement, including preparing agendas, minutes, scheduling meetings, and monitoring project timelines.
- Maintain a high level of motivation, continuously update knowledge on national research initiatives, HPC, AI, quantum computing, and related trends.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Field of Study:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Minimum Years of Experience:
- At least 5 years in business analytics, administration, or project management, with an interest or background in IT and grant call administration.

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to understand complex technical jargon.
