Ministry of Health (Singapore) invites applications for a role in the Future Systems & Innovation Division, shaping MOH's innovation strategy and national AI roadmap.
You will coordinate with policy divisions, drive funding strategy for health innovation, and engage local and international partners to translate proven technologies into national impact.
The role requires strategic planning, policy translation, and strong stakeholder management in a fast-paced public sector environment.
The Future Systems & Innovation Division oversees MOH’s innovation strategy, which aims to catalyse and drive the translation of good, cost-effective health innovations and technologies into impactful implementations across the Singapore healthcare ecosystem. Key areas are MOH’s national artificial intelligence (AI) strategy, the use of robotics and automation, sensors and wearables, and other product/process innovations. This involves steering, supporting, evaluating health technologies in the public healthcare sector and roadmapping proven technologies or solutions through to national level impact. To support this strategy, FSID has established a pathway for wider adoption, scaling and mainstreaming (e.g. MOH policies, regulations, platforms, procurement); administers the MOH Health Innovation Fund; and works closely with a wide network of both internal and external stakeholders and partners to develop an enabling ecosystem. All FSID officers need to flex across strategic planning, resource management, and stakeholder management and manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
