Job Description

Master Data Creation & Maintenance

Create SAP master data for grants and funds (e.g. WBS element, fund, cost centre) in a timely manner upon request from stakeholders and in accordance with SOPs.

Verify the completeness and accuracy of supporting documents provided by stakeholders.

Liaise with stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies in master data or documentation.

Ensure projects/grants documentation (e.g. Letter of Awards, variation approvals) are well organised and properly maintained.

Perform regular checks and reviews on past created master data, identifying irregularities and engaging the relevant stakeholders for resolution.

Assist in maintaining master data lists, hierarchies and groups.

Management Reporting

Prepare management reports to A*STAR research and supporting entities as required.

Support ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

Qualification in Accountancy or Finance with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Experience in master data management

Proficiency in SAP S/4 Hana (Funds Management and Controlling)
