Job Summary

Resorts World Sentosa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager/Manager to join our marketing communications team. The role involves crafting high-quality press materials, internal and external communications, and aligning messaging with national tourism and lifestyle policies. The ideal candidate will foster strong media relations, manage PR agency partnerships, and lead corporate and crisis communication strategies to enhance and protect the resort’s brand and reputation. This position also includes budget management, media monitoring, and strategic publicity planning across various business units such as attractions, hotels, F&B, and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all writing and editing press releases, speeches, internal communications, online communications and other related documents, aligned with larger tourism and other relevant current or upcoming policies including those relating to tourism, hospitality, attractions, lifestyle and food and beverage.
  • Responsible for fostering good media relations resulting in positive press coverage for the resort and its offerings
  • Manage agency contracts (specifically PR agency) and department budget planning/allocation
  • Responsible for working with PR agency and the resort’s various business units to maximize publicity for the resort’s various attractions, hotel, F&B, MICE and other events etc
  • Develop corporate and crisis communication strategies and messaging to promote, protect and manage the company’s reputation. Anticipate potential issues and create communication plans for risk mitigation.
  • Monitoring and analysing media coverage and key industry developments, drawing insights to improve communications efforts and addressing any negative publicity.
  • Budget tracking, reporting and other administrative duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
