Job description

What The Role Is

You will handle the public communications of a variety of healthcare issues, such as communicable & non-communicable diseases and crisis communications.

You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.

What You Will Be Working On

You will advise the relevant divisions on public communications strategies and positioning of these issues, develop, execute and manage public communications initiatives that will promote public understanding, appreciation and support of Singapore’s healthcare system via a variety of media and social media channels. You will also plan and manage media coverage for MOH-related events and facilitate media requests at these events.

  4. Working Effectively with Stakeholders – Ability to mobilise and rally partners and stakeholders towards a collective purpose.
  5. Tertiary education in a related discipline.
  6. At least 3 years of relevant experience in communications or public relations.
  7. Experience in media relations, stakeholders engagement, marketing communications and/or journalism would be an added advantage.
  8. Good communication skills with the ability to engage and interact at different levels.
  9. Ability to multi-task and work independently.
  10. Strong critical thinking.
  11. Highly driven and enjoy working in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
