Job Description
- Support Business Development efforts/Bid leads in the evaluation of tenders/enquiries for projects within the Environment division
- Prepare/develop commercial strategy and terms for joint ventures, consortium and various project arrangements entered into by the company
- Oversee creation of agreements on contractual matters and review contract documents.
- Initiate and draft official correspondences to various stakeholders
- Implement strategy and commercial terms for procurement packages, lead/participate in commercial negotiation with vendors
- Monitor and manage project budget, i.e. contract revenue, payment applications & certifications, costs payments and cash flow in accordance to project requirements and provide timely reporting to management.
- Administer contracts and monitor performance/conformance to commercial terms
- Manage change management, Variable Order claims and final account settlements
- Monitor issues/potential changes, tracking of actual changes, maintain logs and manage processes on behalf of Project Director or Project Manager
- Prepare monthly project reports and other commercial related documentation/reports
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor or plant management
Job Requirements
- Degree in Building or Quantity Surveying or Engineering
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant commercial and management experience
- Strong knowledge of Contracts and Project Management
- Prior experience in QS
- Travelling and overseas assignment might be necessary
