Job description

Job Description

  • Perform day-to day accounting functions and maintain full sets of accounts with proper records and schedules.
  • Ensure all budgetary, financial and procurement matters are performed in line with all regulations and guidelines.
  • Establish, maintain and review financial procedures/ processes to ensure efficient and effective financial administration.
  • Support the Internal Approving Authority by reviewing funding proposals and submissions to ensure projects taken are operationally and financially viable.
  • Support inventory management for the organisation
  • Assist in corporate secretarial functions of the company and administration support for Corporate Services department.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experiences

  • Relevant background in Finance/Accounting, Business Administration with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar field.
  • Prior experience in a Company Limited by Guarantee, Charities or Public Sector preferred.
  • Good working knowledge of Netsuite and MS office applications an advantage.
