Job description:

Job Responsibilities

1. Perform financial planning and analysis, including providing detailed variance analysis for monthly and quarterly reporting / Annual budget process and other external reporting requirements.

2. Prepare and provide timely and accurate financial information and analysis as and when required to support management's decision-making process.

3. Review and challenge operational plans by reviewing underlying drivers and assumptions made when preparing Annual Business Cycle.

4. Review existing procedures and systems and identify opportunities in process improvement, system enhancement, automation.

5. Participate in ad-hoc projects and provide support on financial projections as required by Business Units and Management.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in financial planning and analysis and reporting.

2. Bachelor's degree, discipline in Finance, Accounting, or related area.

3. Strong analytical and communication skills, meticulous and able to work independently as well as within a team in a dynamic, fast-paced and cohesive environment.

4. Possesses business experience working with stakeholders at all levels.

5. System-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Query, S4 HANA.
