About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Learning & Development, Operations to support our team. You will ensure that all restaurants in your assigned region meet high operational standards, comply with brand procedures and local laws, and support the implementation of new procedures and technical projects aligned with our global strategy. You will collaborate with franchisees, Business Developers, and other teams to drive operational excellence and growth, requiring expertise in business development, digital transformation, and operational management.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain high operational standards across all restaurants in the region, ensuring compliance with brand and legal requirements.
  • Implement new operational procedures and technical projects aligned with global strategies.
  • Collaborate with SMO, BDs, and Master Franchisees to drive business success and regional growth.
  • Provide guidance to franchisees and managers to enhance sales and profitability.
  • Partner with IT, Operations, Digital, and Marketing teams to execute business initiatives smoothly.
  • Conduct tailored workshops and develop learning programs to improve restaurant performance.
  • Monitor market trends and operational challenges to inform strategic decisions.
  • Continuously improve training methodologies and digital learning tools.
  • Support the Master Franchise model, ensuring alignment with brand standards and growth objectives.
  • Work with Master Franchisees to implement best practices and operational enhancements.

Skills, Abilities, and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Business, Communications, or related fields.
  • 5-8 years of experience in L&D, Operations Management, or related roles within QSR, hospitality, or retail industries.
  • Cert IV in Train the Trainer (WSQ ACTA or WSQ Learning & Performance).
  • Certificate in IT/Digital Technology.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of franchise operations and business development strategies.
  • Experience with digital transformation and technical training solutions.
  • Proven success in developing and executing impactful training programs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-country environment with results focus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities among stakeholders.
