Senior Manager – IT Infrastructure - Dorothy M.

In view of business expansion, our client is seeking a Senior IT Infra Manager to be responsible for infrastructure strategy, daily IT operations and projects with End User IT Services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely delivery of quality technical support service.

• Provide overall IT infrastructure operation and architecture thought leadership.

• Provide technical support for hardware and software (internally developed applications, computer operating systems, internet applications)

• Manage infrastructure implementation and optimization.

• Gather business requirements; scope, plan and execute projects applying technology and process to further business initiatives.

• Work with business to deploy projects and manage capacity and optimise performance, reliability and efficiently.

• Review and maintain knowledge on all newly purchased and existing supported desktop software, hardware, and systems.

• Ensures that departmental policies and procedures are followed and comply with company’s policies and standards.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent

• Over 10 years of experience in Microsoft Infrastructure system, cloud, network, storage and security technologies.

• Experiences in Project Management, Change Management and Vendor Management

• Proven ability to manage the sizeable IT infrastructure team.

• Ability to work on multiple projects involving multiple stakeholders concurrently.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
