We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager or Assistant Senior Manager in Human Resources to join our team at NUS-ISS. This strategic role combines HR Business Partnering (HRBP), Talent Acquisition, and Organizational Development responsibilities to support our institution's growth and transformation. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and collaborative HR professional who can drive people strategies, lead talent initiatives, and shape a high-performing, future-ready workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to line managers, providing full-spectrum HR advisory and support to address people and operational challenges.
- Execute talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent aligned with current and future workforce needs.
- Drive organizational development initiatives, including workforce planning, change management, and capability building.
- Partner with leaders to foster a purpose-driven culture that promotes diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement.
- Manage learning and development programs, performance management processes, and teambuilding and recreation events.
- Review and enhance HR policies, guidelines, and SOPs to ensure alignment with best practices and organizational goals.
- Continuously improve internal HR processes, systems, and communications to enhance service delivery and employee experience.
- Execute day-to-day HR operations, including administration and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant HR experience, with proven expertise in HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, and Organizational Development.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and labor regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
