A leading healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking a seasoned HR leader to develop its talent pipeline and oversee talent management programs. You will lead initiatives to engage and recognize employees, ensuring the workforce stays agile and prepared for the future. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of HR experience and exemplary leadership skills.
You will lead a team to build and develop a sustainable and healthy pipeline of talents for Sengkang General Hospital (SKH). This includes driving pre-service sponsorships for healthcare professionals and overseeing talent management programmes such as mentoring, succession planning and leadership development. You will drive employee engagement and recognition initiatives, including recreational and celebratory events, while playing a pivotal role in shaping our talent strategies and ensuring our workforce remains engaged, agile and future-ready.
Requirements
Degree with at least 10 years of relevant human resource experience
Outstanding leadership skills with a solid track record of building and developing high performance teams
Excellent communicator, strong at relationship building and effective in dealing with people at all levels
Excellent communication and writing skills with good command of English
Strong planning, organisational and decision-making abilities
