Are you an experienced HR leader ready to shape people strategy across Southeast Asia?

A shipowner firm, with its regional HQ in Singapore is looking for a Senior Manager, Human Resources (ASEAN) to lead their people agenda across a dynamic cluster of markets.

This is a regional leadership role where you'll work directly with senior stakeholders to align HR initiatives with business goals across Singapore and key ASEAN countries including Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, and beyond.

In this role, you will:
  • Partner closely with senior leaders to shape organisational design, growth planning, and workforce strategy
  • Lead regional HR operations and act as the people lead for Singapore
  • Support leadership and succession planning across high-growth markets
  • Drive employee engagement, cultural development, and change initiatives
  • Monitor key people metrics to guide decision-making and continuous improvement
We’re looking for someone who:
  • Has 10+ years of HR experience, including regional exposure in Southeast Asia
  • Brings strong business partnering experience and comfort working with senior leadership
  • Understands how to build scalable frameworks while adapting to local nuances
  • Is hands-on with HR platforms, data dashboards, and performance tools
  • Is fluent in both English and Mandarin, as this is essential to manage mandarin speaking stakeholders
