To be the HR Business Partner:
- Manage the full spectrum of human resources operations for assigned divisions, including recruitment, staff deployment, posting, and exit management.
- Support staff throughout the employee lifecycle and their professional development.
- Develop and implement HR operational policies and plans for PA staff.
- Manage current and upcoming HR priorities efficiently and effectively.
- Oversee manpower resourcing activities such as recruitment, outreach, onboarding, postings, secondment, internship management, re-employment, contract renewal, and exit procedures.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships, communicate effectively, and foster trust to influence, facilitate, negotiate, and resolve conflicts, ensuring clear communication of policies.
- Design and execute recruitment strategies, including sourcing, assessment, and selection, to support PA’s goals.
- Provide expert advice on HR policies and staff matters, including staff profiling, recruitment, postings, temporary staff, re-employment, and exit strategies.
- Innovate and apply new ways of working to improve daily operations.
- Translate and implement staff-centric policies and processes aligned with organizational needs, legislation, and industry best practices.
- Develop strategies for staff movement to meet organizational goals and anticipate workforce trends.
- Leverage technology and digital tools to optimize HR functions and promote a digital culture within the HR team.
- Utilize data and analytics to generate insights for business intelligence and strategic planning.
- Foster teamwork and continuous learning among HR staff to enhance effectiveness and productivity.
Experience
Minimum: Good management and leadership skills with 3 years of supervisory HR experience.
Desired: Excellent management and leadership skills with 3 years of HR supervisory experience.
