Job description

We are seeking an experienced candidate to oversee and ensure the smooth running of key non-clinical operations within a healthcare environment. This role involves managing multiple support services, driving service improvements, and ensuring compliance with operational standards.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage daily operations of Security, Carpark, Mail Services, Telecommunication Systems, Mortuary Office, and Audio-Visual Systems

  • Review and manage service contracts, lease agreements, and service costs

  • Lead service improvement initiatives and collaborate with internal departments

  • Manage incident reporting, feedback resolution, and corrective actions

  • Coordinate with external agencies on policy execution and operational matters

  • Oversee department budgeting, policy updates, SOP reviews, and staff training plans

  • Lead emergency response planning and ensure preparedness

  • Manage AV system coordination, issue resolution, and vendor liaison

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor Degree level in Facilities Management/ Healthcare Administration/ Business or related studies

  • 10 years of administrative and managerial experience

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organisational skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Strong situational analysis and problem-solving skills; able to think out-of-the-box

  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Motivated, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement and work excellence
