The upcoming Eastern General Hospital (EGH) seeks to provide excellent healthcare and promote healing that is centered around each person. You will work with the clinical leads and planning team to support the operational and services development needs of the project. You will draw up operational processes in support of patient journeys and evaluate programmes for integration into the operational and infrastructural designs. You will also work with stakeholders to organise work flow simulations based on various scenarios to test new virtual and physical models and prototypes in the Healthcare Living Lab and facilitate workshops to develop sustainable, agile, future-ready and empowered systems for hospital operations.

Job requirements

  • Recognised degree in Architectural, Engineering or related fields
  • Minimum 10 years of related work experience with supervisory experience
  • Knowledge and skills in design thinking, change management, project management, process and technology adoption methodologies
  • Familiarity with hospital operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage various stakeholders
  • Team player, highly motivated and action-oriented with excellent planning, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability t o work under pressure, adapt to change and manage challenges
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Photoshop and presentation software
