Job summary

The Health Promotion Board (HPB) is seeking a proactive professional to lead the development of new physical activity programmes for seniors, focusing on falls prevention and accessible entry-level options.

You will partner with clinical experts and health systems to pilot, refine, and scale programmes that align with national standards and safety protocols, while measuring impact for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health or related field preferred.
• Experience in designing and evaluating public health programmes.
• Ability to translate research into practical community programmes.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to develop measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation of new physical activity programmes addressing gaps in seniors' health, especially falls prevention.
• Develop accessible entry-level programmes for inactive seniors.
• Collaborate with clinical experts and healthcare clusters to pilot and implement programmes.
• Establish safety protocols and design tools to measure programme impact.
