A leading company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee essential general services operations. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage teams across various operational areas, drive continuous improvements, and collaborate with external agencies. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and a robust background in administration and operations.
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to oversee and enhance the delivery of essential general services operations. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team in managing key operational areas and drive continuous improvements across functions such as security, carpark, mailroom, telecommunication systems, AV support, and administrative services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations of general services, including:
Security & Carpark Management
Mail Services
Telecommunication Systems
Mortuary Office Management
Audio & Visual Systems
Review and enhance service contracts, lease/licensing terms, and operational costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments and external agencies (e.g., Police, MOH) on policy execution and ground operations.
Manage feedback, incident reports, and initiate workflow improvements and disciplinary actions where necessary.
Assist in departmental budgeting, SOP updates, emergency response planning, and staff training reviews.
Coordinate AV system needs and resolve technical installation issues with vendors and consultants.
Support continuous service innovation and operational excellence initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
At least 10 years of relevant experience in administration and operations, with proven managerial capabilities.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple tasks.
Innovative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
