Senior Manager, Healthcare Intelligence, Office of Insights and Analytics

Job Category: Administration

You will manage SingHealth projects on cluster-wide and analytics initiatives. As the overall lead, you will bring stakeholders, vendors and business partners together to plan, prioritise and execute analytics initiatives in a timely and cost-effective manner.

You will serve as the subject matter expert and key point of contact for data and analytics architecture, data sets and capabilities. Keeping abreast of industry trends, you will identify opportunities to implement new methodologies, innovative solutions and improve data operations.

You will effectively communicate the status, value and importance of data and analytics projects to senior management and staff.

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Operation Research, Physics or other quantitative disciplines
• A Master’s Degree in relevant disciplines will be an added advantage
• 10 years of relevant working experience in project management and technical solutions delivery, including at least 5 years of experience in Big Data and Analytics Proficiency in Machine Learning and Data Engineering
• Possess deep understanding of big data techniques (Hadoop Map Reduce, Hive, Pig, Spark) and BI/Visualisation Tools (OBIEE, Tableau, D3.js)
• Experience working in database tools, technology and architecture and cloud-based analytics platforms
• Adept at handling complex, ambiguous and challenging situations and comfortable with change in a fluid environment and a growing organisation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• An analytical problem solver with ability to work independently
• Good written and verbal communication skills to document solutions, use cases and recommendations
