Job summary

Health Promotion Board in Singapore seeks a dynamic Communications Lead for the Healthy Ageing Programme Department. You will design and drive strategic communications and engagement across multiple programmes to influence participation and sustained behaviour change.

The role requires at least 5 years in strategic communications, with proven ability to translate complex information into clear, health-literate messaging and to lead end-to-end campaigns with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in strategic communications, planning, campaign management or related roles.
• Experience developing communication strategies for complex stakeholders.
• Ability to lead integrated communications from planning to evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic communications and engagement portfolio for HPB's healthy ageing and physical activity initiatives.
• Develop and oversee integrated communications and engagement strategies across programmes.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior management and ensure prioritisation and evaluation of initiatives.
• Lead development of communication strategies across media, digital and ground channels.
• Plan and implement ground activation with partners, agencies and vendors.
• Translate technical inputs into health-literate communications that support programme objectives.
• Govern and review public-facing materials to ensure accuracy and audience centricity.
• Evaluate campaign performance and translate findings into improvements.
• Oversee communications planning and resource utilisation, guiding officers involved.
