Job Description
Responsibilities
A key member of the Client Services team. Lead a team of technical specialists to design, manage and support the Workplace Technology and End User Computing environment.
Champion innovation with the use of collaboration technology in CapitaLand’s business for end users with focus on AI and user-enablement technologies.
Ensure the compliance of EUC technology and processes to CapitaLand’s IT policies and standards.
Drive the adoption of new technology platforms, advocating for these ideas and business technologies to senior stakeholders across the organization.
Plan and forecast end user technology over the medium and long term, establishing budget forecasts and investment plans.
Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams, translating business requirements into technical deliverables.
Define, manage, and deliver significant technology projects.
Possess a passionate and forward-looking mindset with a tenacity to improve CapitaLand’s End User Technology services, anticipating changing business requirements and emerging trends.
Requirements
Degree inComputer Engineering/Science or Information Technology-related course.
At least 10 years' of relevant experiencein a similar capacity.
In-depth technical experience in supporting Microsoft M365, particularly, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Email authentication protocol (SPF/DKIM/DMARC). Knowledge in Crestron and CISCO AV technologies will be an added advantage.
Acquainted with MS Entra IAM, Modern authentication, SSO and MFA.
Familiarity in End Point Management with Workspace One MDM, coupled with solid experience in Windows 10/11, mobile device enrollment, and security policy management.
Experience in driving the adoption of technology in a global scale.
Excellent project management, analytical andorganisation skill.
Customer focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Certification in collaboration technologies and security will be an added advantage.
Able to work effectively in a team.
