Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Global HR Business Partner (GHRBP), serves as a strategic advisor to senior and regional leadership, ensuring alignment between Group HR strategy and local execution. This role drives HR initiatives to improve talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement, providing guidance to local markets. The GHRBP acts as the primary HR contact for assigned business units/functions, collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence to implement best practices.

The ideal candidate is an effective communicator with facilitation experience, familiar with systems like Power BI and SuccessFactors. Join us to support our business units and drive HR excellence organization-wide.

General Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Global HR Business Partners to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the goals of the Business Units.
  • Assist in talent management planning and annual talent cycle preparations.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal-setting, audits for SMART objectives, reviews, and development planning for key talents.
  • Utilize Excel and dashboards to analyze HR data, generate reports, and inform decision-making.
  • Create and deliver presentations to communicate HR initiatives and updates.
  • Foster the HR community in Asia by organizing monthly calls covering top-down and bottom-up topics.
  • Support employee relations and engagement initiatives, such as Fantree Awards and Inclusive Leadership programs.
  • Participate in BU-led projects like sales incentives and learning needs analysis.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

  • 10+ years in HR Business Partnering or HR-COE roles, preferably with cross-country team leadership experience.
  • Ability to work independently and within a matrix organization.
  • Proven ability to design and implement process improvements.
  • Experience managing end-to-end transformation projects.
  • Strong business acumen and broad HR process knowledge.
  • Excellent project and change management skills.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Management, with at least eight years of experience in a business partnering role.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
