About the Role

The President's Office aims to elevate strategic planning and governance, drive business development, build insight, foresight, and external partnerships, as well as orchestrate change management.

The primary mission for the Senior Manager Governance, SEAA, is to support the SEAA President’s Office by leading the orchestration and governance of SEAA's project portfolio and leadership team’s planning cadence and decision forums. The goal is to enhance the fluidity, efficiency, and transparency throughout the cycle and governance process.

Impact You Can Create in The Role

As part of the SEAA President’s Office, you will be:

  • Organize, coordinate, facilitate, minute, and evolve the governance around the SEAA leadership team forums (bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad hoc).
  • Define agendas for the governance committee bodies (business and operation communities), working in collaboration with the governance connectors.
  • Enhance leadership team and governance committees’ efficiency by ensuring that each key initiative has proper governance, with clear objectives, deadlines, and communication of expected outcomes.
  • Drive accountability through facilitation, follow-up and tracking of the progress of executive meetings. Maximize efficiency and effectiveness of the leadership team, implementing continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate the ongoing development, prioritization and delivery of SEAA’s Project portfolio, including clarity on scope and roadmap for SEAA.
  • Be the POC and lead overall governance of SEAA’s Project portfolio for Global cross entity projects and shared projects with North Asia.
  • Assist the President’s Office in engaging the leadership community across regions and markets, funneling appropriate topics to relevant stakeholders and decision-makers, and communicating decisions throughout the organization.

What You Will Bring

  • Concrete experience with proven track record in supporting corporate and project governance or a similar capacity.
  • Ability to work in an international and complex environment.
  • Exceptional planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills, including the use of relevant tools and communication channels to dissect problems.
  • A self-starter with the capability to work proactively and bring structure to ambiguous or uncertain environments.
  • Resourcefulness in navigating complex scenarios with the skill to access the right resources and information.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a simple, clear manner.
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written) is a must.
  • Ability to influence across the organization at senior levels by acting as a proactive and trusted advisor in orchestrating topics of different nature and addressing issues as they arise.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team and interact with all levels within the organization.
