Job summary

Singtel is seeking a seasoned professional to join the Group's Risk and Compliance (GRC) team in Singapore. The role focuses on Compliance and Controls, including Anti-Bribery and Corruption and Trade Compliance, to ensure adherence to global standards and strengthen governance.

You will support a robust controls framework and collaborate across OpCos and functions. Ideal candidates hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or Law with 8–10 years in a Compliance & Controls role,

Qualifications

• Experience in Compliance and Controls roles, with focus on ABC and Trade Compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical thinker with meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of Compliance and Controls policies and frameworks across Group and OpCos.
• Assist in risk assessments and periodic reviews to identify gaps and remediation plans.
• Maintain records and prepare periodic management and stakeholder reports.
• Escalate material risks in a timely manner and contribute to governance improvements.
• Collaborate across functions on GRC projects and initiatives.
