Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in driving continuous improvement, best value, and quality enhancements within the team and departments by challenging existing practices and actively seeking better outcomes. Contribute to ensuring key performance and financial targets are met, and take corrective actions when necessary.

  • Responsible for supply, demand, production, and material planning for all factories.

  • Lead discussions in S&OP processes and supply review meetings.

  • Conduct risk analysis on supply vs demand, coordinate scenario planning, and propose viable plans and alternatives for decision-making.

  • Assist in preparing reports for management and committees to provide up-to-date status updates, demonstrate value for money, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Anti-Bribery, Corruption, and Fraud policies.

  • Execute and maintain excellent collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, external providers, and agencies to ensure strategic and operational needs are understood and incorporated.

  • Promote best practices through continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Act as the principal communication conduit with external companies.

  • Facilitate the development of relationships with existing and potential partners.

  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills, Knowledge, etc.):

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of leadership experience in a similar role within manufacturing and FMCG environments.

  • Strong leadership capabilities, both strategic and people management.

  • Extensive strategic expertise with a proven track record of achieving financial savings.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and vendors simultaneously.
