Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in international tax, preferably in a Big 4 or multinational environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law or related field; professional accreditation advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Pillar Two, cross-border structuring and planning.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and develop junior staff.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise multinational clients on international tax matters, including structuring and planning initiatives.
• Lead and manage tax computation and consulting projects.
• Research complex international tax issues and prepare technical memoranda, analyses, and client presentations.
• Guide clients in implementing international tax structures and processes (Pillar Two/global minimum tax).
• Build trusted client relationships and act as strategic business advisor.
• Supervise and mentor tax professionals; collaborate with Partners and Directors on delivery.
• Identify and communicate innovative tax ideas to grow the practice and contribute to BD.
