Responsibilities
Coordinate budget planning, forecast and review exercise across MINDS, including annual budget & workplan and mid-year review
Establish 5 years financial planning needs of MINDS, identifying funding needs and coordinate the allocation of resources
Ensure adequacy, timeliness and accuracy of periodic Management reports for HODs
Analyse financial data, highlighting variances, trends and red flags
Work with Procurement and HODs to institute cost saving measures
Participate in business cases, review assumption and financial calculations for proposals
Assist in costing and development of pricing models
Assist in financial system enhancement to improve controls and financial functions
Qualifications
Degree in accountancy, ACCA or equivalent
Chartered Accountant or equivalent is advantageous
Other Information
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
Experience in Oracle NetSuite, good IT knowledge with reporting building skills is advantageous.
