Job description

What the role is:

You will support the Finance division in implementing data analytics, visualization solutions, and digital initiatives. Your responsibilities include developing automation tools and digital platforms, as well as supporting related training and operational tasks.

What you will be working on:

1. Data Analytics and Digital Solutions
   • Integrate data from various sources using automation tools
   • Support the development of data visualizations and dashboards for real-time financial insights on budget utilization and claims management
   • Assist in designing and implementing AI chatbot solutions based on Finance rules and processes
   • Help revamp Finance intranet pages to enhance user experience and information accessibility
   • Collaborate with Finance, IT, and other teams to gather requirements, conduct user acceptance testing, and resolve issues
2. Training and Education Support
   • Coordinate logistics, develop user guides, and facilitate training sessions on new tools
3. Operational Support
   • Manage and execute other operational tasks as assigned

What we are looking for:

Knowledge/Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience in developing Robotic Process Automation solutions, financial data analysis, and interactive dashboards
• Strong project coordination and communication skills
• Good verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Background in accounting or finance is an advantage
