This role will be based in Singapore and is onsite.

Get to know the Role:

Reporting to the Head of Grabber Technology Solutions, this role will lead the Finance Systems organization, managing Oracle ERPM Cloud (ERP and EPM), enterprise planning solutions, Kyriba treasury management, and other Finance platforms, with potential expansion into Legal platforms in the future. A strong background in Finance, Treasury, and Procurement processes, along with audit & compliance requirements, is essential.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform:

1. Lead a large team of internal & external Oracle ERPM and other specialists distributed across multiple APAC markets.
2. Implement and support financial & legal systems to realize Finance, Procurement, and Legal transformation journeys.
3. Use a product mindset to co-create business & technology roadmaps with stakeholders & GTS leadership, managing resource allocation (budgets & team) to execute the vision.
4. Drive change for stakeholders and GTS to continuously improve our ability to serve Grabbers, including identifying new opportunities or technologies.
5. Partner with Finance & Legal stakeholders and engage with other technology organizations (e.g., People Systems) to ensure technology needs are met.
6. Manage relationships with senior internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g., vendors).
