Senior Manager, Finance (Special projects & Systems) - GH

Our client seeks a finance professional with strong expertise in SAP, Power BI, process improvement, and IT collaboration.

Job Description:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for finance transformation projects.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of finance operations.
• Oversee system access rights and serve as the system administrator for SAP (Finance module), Esker (E-invoicing), QlikSense (Data Analytics), Finance SharePoint, and other systems.
• Develop and maintain thorough documentation of business processes, requirements, and solutions.
• Utilize visualization tools, such as Power BI, to create insightful, actionable reports and dashboards.
• Design and deploy basic RPA solutions to automate repetitive tasks and streamline operations.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with IT and finance teams to implement key financial systems.
• Offer continuous support and training to end-users on new systems and processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor's degree.
• Over 10 years of experience in finance-related roles, with at least 3 years in a business analyst role focused on IT.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other visualization tools.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S4 Hana, SAP Concur, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey key business information to IT teams and influence key stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical abilities to gather, organize, and analyze data from various sources.
• A proven team player, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
