Job description

We're Hiring: Senior Manager (Finance Department/ Financial Operations & Control)!

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager to lead our Financial Operations & Control functions. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in financial management, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence to drive business growth and ensure financial integrity.

  • Duration: 6 Months
  • Location: Alexandra Road
  • Working Hours: Mon – Thurs: 8.30AM – 6.00PM, Fri: 8.30AM - 5.30 PM

Responsibilities:

  1. Support in review of supplier invoices
  2. Raise request for new supplier records and maintenance of supplier records
  3. Send reminders to Departments to process outstanding invoices once every 2 weeks
  4. Check exception report on unsuccessful creation of e-invoices and perform troubleshooting with departments involved
  5. Monthly backend payment review
  6. Prepare reports on quarterly prompt & faster payments
  7. Approve customer creations
  8. Any other adhoc assignments

Requirements:

  1. Degree in Accounting,Financeor equivalent
  2. Preferably 7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
  3. Familiar with Workday will be an advantage
  4. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
  5. Good analytical, writing and communication skills
  6. Meticulous and resourceful with positive work attitude
  7. Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team
  8. Strong collaboration skills as the role requires involvement in cross department workstreams
